Inner layer white

Inner layer: Copolymer PP compound extinguishing white color
– Mechanic resistance even at very low temperatures ; facilitates the sliding of fuid ; prevents fouling ; Resistance to chemicals.
-Internal inspection helped by the white coat color .

External layer:Copolymer PP compound extinguishing
– High fire resistance.
– High mechanical resistance to possible external atmospheric damage.

PROTECTION NOZZLE TUBES
Pipe nozzles are protected by a special sheath thermoformed plastic to ensure safe transport and storage .

Acessories

Produced with a compound of self-extinguishing copolymer PP + mineral fillers .

The board of ” double lip ” is co-molded on a PP ring and mechanically inserted into the fitting , The board is removable to guarantee a perfect hydraulic seal and total safety during the installation.

The design of the fittings , with innovative grooves, gives greater compactness and robustness even at low temperatures .

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

RANGE
DN 32 mm to DN 200 mm. The tubes are also produced in the version with double nozzle to the diameter of 125 mm . The program offers special and exclusive products such as direct derivation 110/90 and 110/100 mm diameter .

REACtION TO FIRE
BluePower® is classified B1 according to ÖNORM B 380-1

COLOR
bLUE RAL 5007. The inner layer of the pipe is white .

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
BluePower® ensures considerable resistance to many chemicals. In particular the surfactants , also at elevated temperatures, in accordance with ISO TR7471 .
